Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers are entitled to 14 days right of withdrawal from the day that the customer has received the goods.
For partial delivery of the same order, the 14 days right of withdrawal begin after that the customer has accepted the last item from the purchase.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the seal on the product is intact due to health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products marked with short or expired dates.

If the customer has not shipped the products and provided us with a tracking number within 14 days after notice of withdrawal, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase.


HOW THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS USED ?

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer shall notify Euro Nootropics within 14 days after receiving the last item. Please e-mail us at support@euro-nootropics.com or contact us through our contact form or phone number available on our website contact page, and your order number. The customer will pay the cost for the return shipping, but in case of faulty or damaged goods, Euro Nootropics will cover all related expenses. The goods should, if possible, be sent back in their original packaging and condition with an enclosed copy of the delivery slip or invoice where the customer has indicated the returned goods. If you are European customer, you can also use a standard set of cancellation rights, which is found here, developed by the European Consumer Agency.

 

If the goods are returned in an altered state, which is caused by the customer handling the product to a greater extent than may be deemed necessary to determine its characteristics or function, Euro Nootropics has the right to deduct the value loss from the refund amount. If goods that are not covered by the right of withdrawal are returned to Euro Nootropics, and the customer wishes to have the items back, the customer will be charged a shipping fee to cover the shipping costs. If the customer does not get in touch with us regarding said returned items within 30 days, the customer loses his or her right to the goods. Returns may not be made by cash on delivery.

If the customer chooses to return one or more products from a promotional purchase where a product has been included free of charge, the free product must also be returned in its unopened/original state. 

Damaged items during transit : 

If an item had a minor damage during transit, we will reimburse half price of the product.

However if the damage is considered major, we will reimburse the customer completely including shipping fees.

 

If the tracking says Delivered but you have not received the package there are a few possibilities.

It’s possible the package was received by someone else. Couriers can drop off packages at the wrong address, street or mailbox and this is unfortunately common. It is also possible your neighbor, a front desk, receptionist, mailroom, doorman, HOA or colleague received the package. We recommend asking around before concluding the package is missing.

If you still can’t find the package you should contact the courier directly, our tracking emails will provide contact information. Couriers will have precise GPS coordinates for every tracking scan and can tell you where the package was scanned when the status was changed to Delivered. Be sure to have your tracking number on hand.

If you suspect the package was lost or stolen please contact us to file a claim on your behalf with the courier and/or a police report. We typically recommend waiting 1-2 weeks for the package to turn up, usually a neighbor or colleague has it. If it never turns up please get in touch with us. We can't reimburse automatically for each case. We will handle this on a case by case and we have the right to deny a reship or a reimbursment.

REFUND TO CUSTOMER : 

Euro Nootropics refunds customers within 5 days after Euro Nootropics has received, inspected, and approved the returned items. The same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase will be used unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The refund will reach the customers account wihin 1-3 work days after the refund has been initiated.
