We verify every batch of every product with the help of accredited independent third party laboratories. Analytical techniques we use include NMR, FTIR, HPLC, heavy metals by ICP-MS, microbiology by Biolumix, LC-MS, GC-MS, TLC, ICP-MS.
We encourage independent testing of our products. If you wish to verify our products with an independent third party laboratory we are happy to replace any products used in the testing. Simply furnish us with a copy of the results of the test and give us the order number that it was purchased on and we will replace the tested products for free.
We support payment with credit card, eCheck, bank transfer (SEPA, international wire) and cryptocurrency (bitcoin, altcoins).

We try to keep up with national and global restrictions but we are not a source for legal information. This is your responsibility and we recommend you seek qualified legal counsel. However for regulatory compliance reasons we do keep track of European restrictions and we will not allow certain products to be shipped to certain states. In that case, if your product is restricted, you will receive an error dialogue on the checkout page after you have entered your address details.

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-5 days. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don’t have a tracking number after 2 business days please email us at support@euro-nootropics.com
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
If you have entred or auto filled an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at support@euro-nootropics.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours.
