1.4 Qualified Buyers

1.6 Regulatory Compliance

2. SHIPPING

2.1 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the chosen carrier and the total weight of the products. We offer free worldwide shipping via “La Poste” on orders over €99.

2.2 Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx or the Standard postal service “La Poste” for all shipments. Parcels shipped outside France via La Poste will be handled by the recipient’s local postal service as standard international mail. 

2.3 Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local import laws and regulations. Euro Nootropics reserves the right to refuse shipments to countries where the import of certain products is restricted or prohibited. Euro Nootropics will not be held responsible for shipments seized by customs or any related issues.

2.4 Delivery Timeframe

Typical delivery time is between 2 to 10 business days within Europe and 5 to 20 business days for other countries. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Delivery times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.5 Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees or duties incurred during the shipping process. Customers may be required to provide additional documentation for customs clearance, such as import permits or certificates of analysis.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Dispatch Timing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and typically ship within 1–3 business days. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, with most shipping within 36 hours. If there are any delays or issues, we will notify you promptly.

3.2 Shipping Notification

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping notification by email containing a tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress.

3.3 Delayed or Lost Shipments

Euro Nootropics is not liable for delays or loss caused by the carrier. If the package is lost in transit or the tracking has not updated for over 30 days, we will review the case and offer at least one free reship. If the second shipment also fails, we will explore alternative solutions, such as changing the destination address, using a different shipping service, or issuing a refund. Customers may request insured shipping for high-value orders at an additional cost.

3.4 Force Majeure

Euro Nootropics is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government-imposed restrictions, or strikes.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

4.1 Order Details

Upon purchase completion, customers receive an order confirmation via email. Customers are responsible for verifying that the address and order details are correct. Euro Nootropics is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4.2 Missing Confirmation

If no order confirmation is received within 30 minutes of purchase, customers should contact Euro Nootropics immediately.

4.3 Order Modifications

Requests for modifications to orders after confirmation must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Euro Nootropics cannot guarantee changes will be accommodated if the order has already been processed.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Available Payment Methods

Customers can pay via credit card, wire transfer. Payment methods may be restricted based on the customer’s location or the nature of the products purchased.

5.2 Payment Security

Euro Nootropics ensures secure payment processing through Stripe. 

5.3 Non-Payment or Disputes

In cases of non-payment or payment disputes, Euro Nootropics reserves the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts. Customers who initiate chargebacks without prior communication with Euro Nootropics may have their accounts suspended and future orders refused.

5.4 Currency Conversion

All payments are processed in Euros (€). Customers are responsible for any conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider. Currency conversion rates are determined by the customer’s bank or payment provider, and Euro Nootropics is not responsible for discrepancies in conversion rates.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is proven to be defective, incorrect, or unopened in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
