  • Free Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping via “La Poste” on orders over €99

  • Standard Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the chosen carrier and the total weight of the products.


2. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • FedEx: For fast and reliable deliveries.

  • La Poste: For standard shipping within France and internationally.

For international shipments outside France, parcels shipped via La Poste will be handled by the recipient’s local postal service as standard international mail.


3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Compliance with Local Laws: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with local import laws and regulations. Euro Nootropics is not responsible for shipments seized by customs or any related issues.

  • Prohibited Destinations: We reserve the right to refuse shipments to countries where the import of certain products is restricted or prohibited.


4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Within Europe: 2 to 10 business days.

  • Outside Europe: 5 to 20 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Toulouse, France. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

6. PACKAGING

  • Neutral Packaging: All orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded boxes without any mention of our website, logo, or product details to ensure privacy and discretion.


7. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

  • Customs Clearance: For international shipments, you may be responsible for customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

8. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • Carrier Delays: Euro Nootropics is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit or the tracking has not updated for over 30 days, contact us at support@euro-nootropics.com. We will review the case and offer at least one free reshipment. If the second shipment also fails, we will explore alternative solutions, such as changing the destination address, using a different shipping service, or issuing a refund.

Euro Nootropics is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
