N-Methyl-Cyclazodone is a derivative of Cyclazodone, a central nervous system stimulant initially developed in the 1960s. It is structurally similar to other compounds in the oxazolidinone class and has garnered attention for its potential to enhance cognitive function, focus, and physical stamina. As a stimulant, N-Methyl-Cyclazodone primarily influences the brain’s dopamine and norepinephrine systems, both of which are critical for motivation, alertness, and energy regulation.
N-Methyl-Cyclazodone (N-Cyclopropyl-N-Methyl-Pemoline) is an approximately 4x – 6x more potent derivative of Pemoline. The anorexigenic effect of the compound was also similar to that of d-amphetamine; however, unlike d-amphetamine, the compound was not a convulsant, had substantially lower toxicity, and had only a very slight cardiovascular effect in doses up to 5 mg/kg.
